Shipping policy

Order Processing
All orders (excluding custom-made items) are processed and prepared for shipment within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation is received. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Local Shipping (Hong Kong & Macau)

• Standard Shipping: A flat rate of HK$30 applies.  Delivery is provided by SF Express.

• Free Local Shipping: Orders with a subtotal of HK$800 or more.

 

International Shipping

Taiwan & Japan: Enjoy Free Shipping on orders with a subtotal of HK$1,500 or more.

 

For shipping to other countries, please contact us for a quotation before placing your order.

Customs, Duties & Taxes: The customer is solely responsible for paying all applicable customs duties, import taxes, and related fees levied by the destination country.
