Local Orders (Hong & Macau)

3. Brother Brand Items:

  • Refunds: No refunds are offered. We do not accept exchanges due to size-related issues. Please carefully review the size chart and measure your pet's dimensions before placing an order.

  • Defective Items: If you receive a defective item (loose threads are not considered defects, as all products are made from fabric and thread), please contact us via email within 3 days of receiving the item (based on the SF Express delivery record). Your email must include your order number and clear photos of the defect. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted. Upon verification, we will instruct you to return the item via SF Express (cash on delivery). Once we receive and confirm the item's condition, we will arrange for an exchange.

  • Exchange Conditions: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact. We cannot accept exchanges or refunds for items with additional damage, missing parts, signs of use, pet hair, or odors.

  •  If the item for exchange is out of stock, we will remake it, which typically takes approximately 14-20 working days. If the item has been discontinued, we will arrange a refund for that item.

Items Other Than "3 Brother Brand" (e.g., Commissioned Purchases, Agency Items):

  • General Policy: No Exchange or Refund. For items such as commissioned purchases or agency products, we generally do not accept exchanges or refunds.

  • Exception for Damaged Goods: An exception is made only if you receive a damaged item (e.g., significant damage upon arrival). In such a case, you must contact us via email within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographic/video evidence of the damage for us to review and arrange a solution.

  • Important Consideration: Due to the nature of these items, please consider your purchase carefully before placing an order.

 

Oversea Orders:  No returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted for overseas orders.

Final Decision: In case of disputes, MMM reserves the final decision.
